Case Report

A female patient aged 87 with high blood pressure and cerebrovascular failure, applied to our hospital because of severe chest pain continuing for 10 days. On the medicated chest and abdominal tomography report, a severe aneurysm starting on the aortic curve to straight down was detected. The patient is suggested to have an operation as soon as possible. We make risk measurements and needed preoperative examinations before these kinds of surgeries. As this person is a high-risk patient, we prefer to perform Endovascular Aortic Stent-Graft Implantation rather than an open-heart surgery. The patient was monitored during the operation which was made with the closed-surgery method. She was hospitalized a day before the operation and stayed at the hospital for 2 days after the surgery, she was discharged on the 3^rd day of the postoperative period. Her complaints were eased and there were no complications on the 1st-month tomography examination report. Endovascular Aortic Graft Implantations are known as a new era and path-breaking interventions in Cardiovascular Surgery.
